5 stars due to great service. 3 stars for the food. My sauteed perch was a tad too salty. Served with a spicy rice concoction that seemed 'misguided'. The servers were fantastic. Friendly, helpful, and conversational. I would come here for the atmosphere, probably a great place to have a few drinks.
The food and service here were very good! Everything had a unique take. We were there on Father's Day for dinner and had an excellent experience with some out of the ordinary food preparations. We look for Unique dining experiences and this one was very good!
Wanted to partake in GP Restaurant Week which started today (29 April 2018). We show up, are seated, give our drink orders and are handed regular menus. We ask for Restaurant Week menus (which are available online ... it’s why we chose to go there) and we’re told that they aren’t starting to observe that until the next day. Yeah. We stayed. Ate dinner and left. Got dessert somewhere else. Food is good but the prices are ... high.
Tasty food. Portions a bit small. Bread pudding was really good.
Met the owner of the restaurant, he told me that he wanted to make sure that the elevator was working properly, and of 'course it was, then my husband and I went to the bar where we met the bar tender, T.J. and had a wonderful time talking about all the busy action he had on Mother's Day. Very pleasant time visiting the "City Kicthen". I also had a Walker because I'm handicap, and this cute guy with a head full of braids stopped what he was doing in the kitchen and came out to ring the buzzer for me to get on the elevator. That was so nice too.
