We can't think of a better way to celebrate National Unicorn Day than with a unicorn-themed fun run!
Our UN-TIMED 5K Fun Run (or walk) will take place on Tuesday, April 9th at 6 pm at Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie. This is a flexible and fun 5K run or walk around the Shoppes at South Hills parking lot with other "unicorns". This is a low-key and fun event that is open to runners and walkers of all levels including beginners and those considering a 5K for the first time. Participants are encouraged to get creative and have fun with their outfits!
A note about children participants: while there are no age restrictions, parents considering registering minors should be aware that this event will take place around the Shoppes at South Hills Parking lot which is open to traffic and extreme caution should be used. Young children will require 100% adult supervision to participate in this event.
All participants will receive the following with their $25 entry fee:
- A custom Unicorn Fun Run race bib
- A gender-specific custom Tank (Ladies) or Tee (Unisex)
- A beautiful custom Unicorn Fun Run finisher's medal (scroll down for an image!)
- A sweet treat to enjoy after the run!
Shirt & bib pickup will start on Tuesday, 4/9, at 5 pm, immediately before the event. An email will be sent to all participants by Sunday, 4/7, with additional details about the in-person event so please be sure that your Run Signup account is associated with an email that you check! And please make sure to read that email in its entirety!
Registration is online only - there will be no in-store sign-ups for this event. Shirt sizes will become limited once our last order is placed the week before the event, register early to secure your first size and color choices. Registration will be $25 through Sunday, 4/7, and will then increase to $30.
