The ICE Breaker Triathlon, Aquabike & Dash Triathlon are USAT Sanctioned for 2024.

The races will take place at Folsom Lake. The swim will be in the lake with temperatues in the 60's. The bike course is on roads closed to traffic. The run courses will be scenic and enjoyable along the beautiful shoreline of Folsom Lake.

Included for each athlete is a swim cap, athlete goody bag, hot post-race meal, and a pair of ICE Breaker Triathlon socks.

Distances

ICE Breaker Tri: .5 mile swim-8.4 mile bike-4 mile run

Aquabike: .5 mile swim-8.4 mile bike

Ice Breaker Dash Tri: 400 yards swim-4.2 mile bike-2 mile run

Event Schedule:

6:00 am - Registration/Packet pick-up opens

6:30 am - Race announcements begin

8:00 am - Start of ICE Breaker Dash Triathlon (mass start)

10:00 am - Start of ICE Breaker Triathlon & Aquabike (waves)
