The Double Duathlon race is a one-of-a-kind multisport event. It takes place at beautiful Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA and features three runs and two bikes! It starts with a 2 mile run, then a 5 mile road bike, then a 2 mile run, then a 5 road bike, then a final 2 mile run. The course is filled with scenic trails to run on, and a challenging road bike course to ride on.
Schedule:
8:00 am - Registration opens/packet pickup
8:00 am - Transition area opens
9:00 am - Race announcements begin
10:00 am - Start of Double Duathlon
Awards:
The first male and female finishers will receive Overall Champion Awards
Awards will be presented three-deep in each 10-year age group
Awards will be given to the first place finishers in each relay category (Male, Female, Coed)
Divisions
Individuals: 10-year age groups beginning with 19 and under and ending with 70+ for males and females
Relay Teams: Male, Female, Coed
