The Ability 5k is a community event to support our health and wellness programming and raise awareness for adults living with disabilities in our community. Our programs celebrate the abilities of all people. The individuals we serve will run and walk alongside friends, family, and staff to bring awareness to the importance of Health and Wellness in all our lives. This year's event will be held on Saturday September 30, 2023 at 10am in the picturesque Amherst Village (Congregational Church). Proceeds from this event will support our Health and Wellness program to ensure that our activities stay free of charge for those who participate.
$25 Adult/$20 Youth race fee if registered on or before September 29, 2023. Race Day registration is $30Adult/$25 Youth race fee.
The Ability 5K will also be available to virtual participants via RaceJoy. All virtual participants can run/walk/roll the 5k on the day of the race in Amherst Village or do so on their favorite route or a new one anytime between September 24th and September 30th! RaceJoy provides an interactive race experience for live and virtual running, walking, cycling, and water events, whether in-person or virtual
First 100 Registrants receive a free race T-Shirt.
