We are proud to have the first Mixed Team Relay event in North Idaho. The Triathlon Team Mixed Relay format showcases racing at its most thrilling. At this event we will have 3 athletes, at least one male and one female(in the typical relay event there are 4 athletes; 2 male and 2 female). All three athletes on a team must complete a super-sprint triathlon - 300m swim, 6km bike, and 2km run - before tagging off to a teammate.
