Christmas Parade
The City of Leander hosts the Old Town Holiday Community Parade at 1pm on Saturday December 7th 2024.
Local businesses, nonprofits, community partners, and city officials celebrate our wonderful city and the holiday season for the community parade. Community members and groups are invited to apply to participate in the parade - the application is reviewed by the City and is available here. The 2024 Parade Route will be available shortly. Rudolph Run 5K
Lace up your running shoes and don your holiday attire! The 9th annual Old Town Rudolph Run 5K is coming to Old Town Leander on December 7, 2024
The Rudolph Run 5K is a chip-timed race through the heart of Old Town and the streets of Leander. The course is flat and fast with no hills or rough terrain and open to runners and walkers. All participants receive a t-shirt and custom Finisher medal - part of our Old Town Trilogy series. This 5K will have limited participation, so sign up early to ensure you can join us for this exciting event!
