The Escape from Folsom 5K and 10 Miler course are on scenic trails along the shoreline of Folsom Lake. Athletes in both races will receive a custom Escape from Folsom Runner's Hat. Escape from Folsom soft-cotton race shirts are available for sale prior to the race for $15.
Schedule:
7:00 am - Registration opens/packet pickup
7:00 am - Race announcements bgin
8:00 am - Start of the Escape from Folsom 10 miler
8:05 am - Start of the Escape from Folsom 5K
Awards:
First place Overall Male and Female in The Escape from Folsom 10 Miler will receive Overall Champion Awards.
There will be awards three-deep in each ten-year age group for The Escape from Folsom 10 Miler and the 5K Run/Walk.
Every finisher in both races gets a custom Finisher Medal.
