Course Information:
Swim Course: .25 miles Super Sprint and .5 miles Sprint
The .25 mile (Super Sprint) and .5 mile (Sprint)  clockwise swim will start and finish at Sunset Beach. Athletes will leave in waves.   If you're a little wobbly at the exit, you can grab hold of the hand rails - installed in the recent renovations - as you run out of the water.  You'll run onto a paved sidewalk that will take you past the outdoor showers (feel free to use at will) and into transition.

Bike Course: 14.8 miles
Bike Course is an out-and-back 14.8 mile course that travels through the cities of Issaquah and Sammamish  The Course will take cyclists left out of Lake Sammamish State Park onto NW Sammamish Road which travels between the state park and a thriving Issaquah business district with restaurants, hotels, PCC Natural Market, and Costco Corporate headquarters.

Cyclists will then travel north on East Lake Sammamish parkway along the lake to a turnaround at Inglewood Hill Rd and return to the park on the same route.

Run:  3 Miles
The run will travel through the trails, boardwalks, and pathways inside Lake Sammamish State Park.   It is almost 100% unpaved - though not a rugged course by any means.
If you enjoy a flat run, this one is hard to beat. Total elevation gain: 40 feet.

Relay Teams:
Relay team must consist of at least two members (one person CAN NOT compete in all three legs of a relay). A relay team will be assigned one bib number: the swimmer will pick up the swim cap and timing chip, the biker will pick up the bike number and helmet stickers and the runner will pick up the bib number. Relay teams will transfer the timing chip and ankle strap at their transition spot in the transition area.  Relay members don’t have to stay in that area during the entire race, but you must transfer your chips there! All three relay members will receive a finisher medal and a t-shirt. (Please have a team members come to the finish for their medals). Sprint Relay only.

Overall awards will go to  the top-3 men and women. In the Sprint we will award top 5 in 5 year age groups, and the top 3 relays. The Super Sprint will award top 3 in 5 year age groups. The award ceremony will begin when the majority of the field has finished for each race at approximately 9 AM. All finishers will receive a Finishers Medal
