5:31pm - Walking Wave 

6:00pm - Kids 12 & Under Wave 

6:15pm - Middle School & High School Wave 

6:30pm - Pushrim/Wheelchair Wave 

6:40pm - Citizen’s Wave

7:00pm - Competitive/Elite Masters (40+) “Beauty & Beast”

7:15pm - Elite/Pro Women’s Race 

7:30pm - Elite/Pro Men’s Race

Start - Mountain Avenue & Sylvan Court

Course - Run East on Mountain Avenue (Westbound Lane), finishing just after St. Joseph’s Catholic Church on the east side of Howes Street.

Finish - Mountain Avenue & Howes Street
