The Wellness Center presents 318 YOUTH TRIATHLON, a SWIM*BIKE*RUN to be held on Saturday April 20th @ The Wellness Center 3215 Cypress Street, West Monroe LA 71291 for the following age groups:
9-11yr 100m swim, 35 calorie row, 1/2 mile run
12-14yr 200m swim, 35 calorie bike, 1 mile run
15-17yr 200m swim, 35 calorie bike, 1 mile run
Swimming will take place in The Wellness Center indoor heated pool. The 35-calorie row/bike will take place on our stationary Assault Rower Elite and Assault Bike. The run will be completed on our outdoor community track. (4 laps = 1 mile)
