The NorthShore Inline Marathon, Inc., which is a 501(c)(3) Minnesota non-profit corporation incorporated on August 27, 1996. The primary purpose of the NorthShore Inline Marathon, Inc. is to foster national and international amateur in-line skating competition and to promote health and fitness throughout the organization, promotion, development and conduct of a recreational in-line skating marathon.
